After a week of fierce competition, the 2025 Employee Skills Competition at Shenzhen Forman Precision Industrial Co., Ltd. concluded successfully! Covering six departments—Metal, Plastic, Assembly, Mould, Quality, and Marketing—and featuring nine major events, nearly 100 employees participated, showcasing their talent and passion in a uniquely spirited competition.   • Technical Champions tackled precision part machining, working with micrometer-like accuracy to produce flawlessly fitted components.

  • Operator Lightning Challenge: in a race against time, competitors swiftly disassembled and reassembled moulds, adjusting feeding systems with stunning agility.

🔧 Plastic Moulding

  • Master Technicians competed in the “Mould Setup and Calibration Masters” event, tuning temperature and pressure to achieve perfect part formation.

  • Operator Assembly Lines tested extreme carefulness: competitors sorted, sealed, packaged, and labeled components flawlessly on a high-speed line.

🧩 Assembly Section

  • Changeover Masters demonstrated the rapid transition between product types: dismantling old fixtures and installing new ones in perfect sequence.

  • Automated Machine Specialists impressed with programming, debugging, and troubleshooting—completing changeovers in 10 minutes with zero errors.

  • The “Grinding King” grinder operators showcased grit and precision. Facing high-hardness materials, champion Bai Zhaoxiang stood out with speed and accuracy to claim the title.

  • The “Global Order Orator” competition thrilled with dynamic presentations. Foreign trade staff delivered fluent English pitches, explaining company strengths and technical details. In the vibrant season of summer, FPIC proudly hosts its annual Skills Competition, an event that not only showcases technical prowess but also strengthens team spirit and unity. This competition is designed to elevate our employees’ professional skills, uncover hidden talents, and foster inter-departmental collaboration and communication.

A Day of Passion and Professionalism

On the day of the competition, the atmosphere is charged with excitement and anticipation. Our employees participate with great enthusiasm and a professional attitude, demonstrating their solid technical foundations and problem-solving capabilities through various theoretical tests and practical demonstrations.

Categories of the Competition

  1. Mold Processing: Participants are required to precisely process mold parts based on provided drawings and specifications within a set timeframe. They must also inspect the quality of the processed parts to ensure they meet the required standards. Additionally, participants address any anomalies that arise during the processing.

  2. Metal Stamping: Competitors complete tasks such as setting up and adjusting molds and machines according to provided requirements, and then inspect the quality of the produced metal products to ensure they meet the standards. The fastest and most precise competitor wins.

  3. Plastic Molding: Participants perform tasks including product switching, mold setup and removal, equipment adjustment, and product testing based on provided drawings and requirements. They ensure that the produced plastic products meet appearance and structural standards and address any anomalies that arise.

  4. Assembly:
  • Technical Group:Competitors follow provided drawings and requirements to switch production models, clean tracks and materials, align materials, replace parts, adjust machines, and complete the full production process until qualified products are produced.Assembly Workshop
  • Manual Group:Using product A063-0320, competitors prepare materials, define workstations, prepare for production, assemble parts, conduct full inspections, and organize their workspaces to assemble and package a finished product that meets quality standards. The fastest competitor wins.

Our judges provided professional evaluations and suggestions, further enhancing the participants’ skill levels.
