Established in 2003, Shenzhen Forman Precision Industry Co., Ltd. (FPIC) is a custom connector manufacturer and precision component supplier serving automotive, energy, industrial, and electronic applications. With integrated manufacturing capability and flexible OEM/ODM support, FPIC provides both standard products and custom development services based on drawings, technical requirements, and application needs.

Connectors
Our connector product range includes automotive connectors, energy storage connectors, circular connectors, e-motorcycle connectors, fluid connectors, board-to-board connectors, wire-to-board connectors, heavy-duty connectors and electronic connectors.
Precision Components
Our precision component manufacturing capability covers both metal and plastic parts, including fin products, stamping parts, die casting parts, CNC lathe parts, injection plastic parts, and insert molding parts. These products support connector housings, structural components, and other precision industrial applications.
Manufacturing Strength
Today, FPIC has a team of over 200 employees and a factory area of about 10,000 square meters. With total investment of nearly US$10 million and annual sales revenue exceeding US$20 million, we continue to strengthen our production capability, engineering support, and quality management system.

Integrated Production Capability
FPIC combines engineering, tooling, metal processing, plastic molding, assembly, and quality control within one manufacturing system.
R&D and Testing
Our in-house R&D center supports concept analysis, technical evaluation, and product development. Product ideas are analyzed and validated through engineering software, while materials and finished products are verified through dimensional, electrical, and environmental testing.
Assembly and Automation
Our assembly workshop has implemented automated assembly, automated testing, and automated packaging processes. Inspection covers dimensional accuracy, electrical performance, and appearance verification to improve consistency and production efficiency.
Tooling, Metal, and Plastic Workshops
FPIC operates precision mold manufacturing, metal stamping, die casting, CNC machining, injection molding, and insert molding processes. This integrated capability allows us to support both standard product production and drawing-based custom projects.
Digital Management and Traceability
ERP, PLM, MES and WMS systems are used to improve production control, traceability, warehouse management, and delivery efficiency. These digital tools help us maintain stable quality and efficient project coordination.
Quality Assurance
FPIC maintains strict quality control throughout the production process. From incoming material inspection to in-process control and final inspection, each stage is managed to ensure product consistency and customer satisfaction.
