FPIC Skills Competition: Enhancing Skills for a Shared Future

In the vibrant season of summer, FPIC proudly hosts its annual Skills Competition, an event that not only showcases technical prowess but also strengthens team spirit and unity. This competition is designed to elevate our employees’ professional skills, uncover hidden talents, and foster inter-departmental collaboration and communication.

A Day of Passion and Professionalism

On the day of the competition, the atmosphere is charged with excitement and anticipation. Our employees participate with great enthusiasm and a professional attitude, demonstrating their solid technical foundations and problem-solving capabilities through various theoretical tests and practical demonstrations.

Categories of the Competition

Mold Processing: Participants are required to precisely process mold parts based on provided drawings and specifications within a set timeframe. They must also inspect the quality of the processed parts to ensure they meet the required standards. Additionally, participants address any anomalies that arise during the processing.
Metal Stamping: Competitors complete tasks such as setting up and adjusting molds and machines according to provided requirements, and then inspect the quality of the produced metal products to ensure they meet the standards. The fastest and most precise competitor wins.
Plastic Molding: Participants perform tasks including product switching, mold setup and removal, equipment adjustment, and product testing based on provided drawings and requirements. They ensure that the produced plastic products meet appearance and structural standards and address any anomalies that arise.
Assembly:

Technical Group:Competitors follow provided drawings and requirements to switch production models, clean tracks and materials, align materials, replace parts, adjust machines, and complete the full production process until qualified products are produced.
Manual Group:Using product A063-0320, competitors prepare materials, define workstations, prepare for production, assemble parts, conduct full inspections, and organize their workspaces to assemble and package a finished product that meets quality standards. The fastest competitor wins.

Celebrating Progress and Commitment

Each participant showcased significant progress, driven by their passion for their skills, commitment to their profession, and desire for deeper professional knowledge and practical experience. Our judges provided professional evaluations and suggestions, further enhancing the participants’ skill levels.

After intense competition, several participants were awarded first, second, and third prizes for their outstanding performances. Company leaders presented certificates and prizes, congratulating the winners and expressing high expectations for their future contributions. The winners expressed their determination to continue improving their skills and overall competence, contributing even more to the company’s future development.
