FPIC, established in 2003, has always been dedicated to the R&D, manufacturing, and sales of a wide range of connectors and components, including energy storage connectors and cables, circular connectors and cables, e-motorcycle connectors and cables, automotive connectors, solar connectors and cables, board-to-board connectors, wire-to-board connectors and wires, industrial machinery connectors and so on, as well as precision plastic and metal parts.
Currently, our company has a team of over 200 employees, and our factory covers an area of more than 10,000 square meters. We have made significant investments nearly $10 million, with an annual sales revenue exceeding $20 million.
Our in-house R&D center transforms concepts into reality. Our expert team not only carefully analyzes and simulates ideas through software but also rigorously tests materials and products in our testing lab, where advanced equipment and skilled professionals conduct dimension, electrical properties, or environmental resilience testing.
We pride ourselves on our precision molding workshops, where Japanese equipment is widely used, ensuring the precision of the mold and fixture parts.
Our metal and injection workshops manufacture high-quality metal and plastic parts including stamping parts, die-casting parts, lathe parts, CNC parts, insert-molding parts and so on.
Our assembly workshop has realized automated assembly, automated testing(including size, electrical performance and appearance testing), and automated packaging. ERP and MES systems have been introduced into our management, ensuring effective production and traceability of products.
Our expansive warehouse uses the WMS system, which improves the management efficiency and meet our customers’ demands on time and efficiently.
We place great emphasis on effective quality control. From IQC, IPQC, FQC to OQC, our professionals control the quality strictly at every step to ensure the product meets our customers’ expectations. By now, we have implemented ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 13485 and IATF 16949.
